1. Agreement

By accessing www.vegamunnar.comor making a reservation with Vega Munnar Resorts, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Kerala.

2. Reservations & Booking

• All room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST).
• Delight Cottages are available from ₹5,000 per night; Bliss Rooms from ₹4,000 per night. Rates may vary by season.
• A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from Vega Munnar Resorts via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Room availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to decline reservations.
• Third-party bookings (OTA platforms) are governed by the respective platform’s policies in addition to these terms.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM. Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may attract an additional charge.
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for all guests.
• The resort reserves the right to decline check-in if identification cannot be provided.

4. Cancellation & Modifications

Cancellation and modification terms vary by booking channel and season. Please contact us directly at [email protected] or +91 62382 40077 for the specific terms applicable to your booking at the time of reservation. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival may attract a one-night retention charge.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
• Peak season bookings (October–February) may have more restrictive cancellation policies.

5. Guest Conduct

• Vega Munnar Resorts is a non-pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted on the premises.
• Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and not disturb other guests.
• The resort reserves the right to ask guests to vacate without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive or harmful.
• Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms. Designated areas are available for smokers.
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.

6. Facilities & Amenities

Use of resort facilities — including the outdoor pool, restaurant, conference room, and fitness/recreational areas — is subject to posted facility rules and operating hours. The resort reserves the right to temporarily close or restrict access to facilities for maintenance, safety, or other operational reasons without advance notice.

7. Liability

Vega Munnar Resorts takes reasonable care for the safety and comfort of guests. However, we accept no liability for loss of personal belongings, injury arising from guest negligence, or any consequential losses beyond our direct control. Guests use all facilities at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and that of children in their care.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photographs, copy, logos, and design — is the property of Vega Munnar Resorts and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Website Use

This website is provided “as is.” While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free. Pricing and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Munnar, Kerala, India.
